HERE ARE SOME QUICK ANSWERS TO COMMON QUESTIONS:


  1. How does our organization apply?

    • When do you accept Letters of Inquiry or Proposals?

      • Anytime.

      • There is a September 1 deadline for consideration for funding within the following calendar year.

    • Do you support programs that are not youth focused?

      • No. We only support youth-based programming.

    • What is the maximum grant award?

      • All first time grantees are limited to a maximum grant of $5,000.

      • Returning grantees are limited to a maximum grant of $10,000.

    • Is there a wait period to be eligible for an additional grant?

      • Yes, we have a two-year waiting period, from when you were funded, for additional grants.

    • What if we are a current grant partner?

      • You will not be eligible for additional funding within the two-year waiting period.

    • We submitted a Letter of Inquiry, when should we expect to hear from you?

      • Our board meets each fall. You can expect to hear from us before the end of the calendar year.

    • Can you tell us more about your Multi-Year Grant program?

      • Our MYG program is by invitation only. Each year we concentrate the MYG’s in one of the following focus areas: Arts, Education, or Social Services. As always, we prioritize youth based programs. The MYG program deepens our community mission and awards operational support for non-profits with whom we have previously partnered.

      • In 1996.
